Cleaning

In the RNI swim and sink tub the crushed material falls from a conveyor into the tub and is pressed by the paddle of a rotating drum below the water surface. At the same time effected by the paddle drums the washing process and the longitudinal movement of usable materials take place. Due to the especially long RNI swim and sink tub (6,5m), the heavy fraction has enough time to sink and distance themselves on the floor. A switchable screw removes the heavy fraction of a discharge out of the tub. The cleaned light fraction is carried by the paddle drums on the water surface to the discharge. The transport screw and the paddle drums can be equipped by RNI machines with speed regulations, so the tub can be set on individual material qualities and thoughput. RNI friction washer are used for washing and separating grist, preferably foil shreds. Through the obliquely running screw shaft of the RNI friction washer the grist is transported to the overhead outlet. The washing process takes place during transportation from the bottom up. Fresh water is injected at the upper part of the screw shaft, thereby adhering dirt is forced through a fine sieve to the outside and runs through a spout at the bottom of the screw shaft. Through individual planning it is possible for RNI to implement specific customer requirements in production. RNI centrifugal dryers are coupled downstream of the washing process for an surface drying of the grist (foil shreds, granulates or other hard plastics) . The material to be dried goes through an inlet funnel into the RNI dryer and through the rotation of an inner rotor it is transported to the outlet. The blades spin the wet material against a surrounding sieve and the adhesive water can escape. Through the rotation the sieve is also cleaned mechanically. RNI machines offers different sizes and performance options to create flexible applications. |
